 I used black plastic spray paint and some bright yellow outdoor vinyl to convert this car into a much cooler version:

Now I may be converting some of the other ones we have :)

The ChocolateTouch

Since I created this blog for me, I thought I'd keep track of good books I have read to my kids (and when), so this is my first book I am posting about.

This picky eater gets the gift of everything he eats tasting like chocolate, at first he enjoys this great gift, but soon finds some problems with everything turning into chocolate.  

Kyla had heard this book before at school, but enjoyed hearing it again.  Nathan `thought it was fun and pretended to have the chocolate touch for a few days, so it `was fun to see this book spark some fun imagination in him.  It was a short, easy read that didn't take us very long to read. 

Dish Soap Bottle: Glass etching

I cut this image on Vinyl, using my Silhouette  I then did my first glass etching:

 

It is really pretty sitting next to my sink, esp. when the sun shines in on it.  

 

Vinyl and a new Utensil Holder

I outgrew the utensil holder on my counter and saw this one at Walmart for $5.  After playing with vinyl a bit, I went back and bought it and of course added vinyl:

Vinyl on my Kitchen Aid

 I LOVE how this project turned out!!

I found the idea on Doodle Craft, she was awesome and emailing me and helping me find the file in the Silhouette Store.  It is called ornate flourish by Hero Arts.
