I have these notebooks, one for each of my kids. I finally got around to getting their names on each one. This is where I write milestones, funny and embarrassing stories, words I remember from blessings they've had, things I don't want to forget about each child and sometimes just letters that I write to them. They have scrapbooks, too (I have a long way to go to get those complete) but these are for more personal things. Things you would put in a journal I suppose. They know that I have them, I haven't let them read them, yet. But I enjoy flipping through the memories. I thought one day I would give them to my kids, but I sure enjoy them---so I may not be able to part with them :)

Vinyled Tumblers
The Easter Bunny delivered these tumblers in the kids' Easter baskets. They have helped keep my kids full of water without cups everywhere or someone drinking out of my cup. I now just fill them as needed and they have a spot on the counter for the kids. They know which one is theirs...even my 2 year old will find his and drink only out of that one. Now I'm not being asked constantly for a cup or help getting water...I love them!

Changing CTR Ring Color
My friend and I got together and repainted the green CTR rings:
After soaking the green paint in nail polish remover, the green color came right off leaving a silver ring. Then we used nail polish and painted our kids' favorite colors. They were so excited with the new colors and have been wearing them more often now!

Go Fish
I was cleaning up my crafting area and came across this project that was almost finished and decided to just finish it. I found the idea at Just Another Day in Paradise. I made mine an educational game to get my son to say his colors. My boys LOVE this. They have packed the fish around everywhere. I was going to make a fishing pond, but we have a large blue bucket that works great, so I went with that.
