4th of July Ribbon Wands

My kids helped me put together these fun ribbon wands for the parade on the 4th:

'Firecrackers'

Big surprise when I say this, "I saw this on Pinterest"....it's the source of most of my inspiration.  That being said this was an easy project where I grabbed some scrap wood and wire I had downstairs, got John to help with the cutting and drilling and I did some simple painting and vinyl application:

'Captain America' Tye Dye Shirts

John and all 4 boys will be wearing these shirts on the 4th :)  I tie dyed all 5 shirts, then after I washed them, I added a star using HTV.

Countdown to Fireworks

Flag Canvas

I saw this cute decoration on Pinterest, so I created one for my home.  It comes from A Little Tipsy.  She had a great photo on there, so I used my Silhouette program to trace and create a file that I could cut with vinyl, then I put the vinyl on a blank canvas:

Hulk Shirt (another one)

I used the hulk face file to make Caden a shirt, too.  It turned out great...

Hulk Tumbler

Caden is obsessed with The Incredible Hulk right now, so this is his new tumbler:

I traced this picture and broke it apart to make the layers.  Getting better with my tracing abilities :)

Monogrammed Sun Dress

I bought this sun dress for Kyla to wear over her swimsuit, I added some HTV to personalize it:

New Bow Holder

My super awesome friend gave me this old frame for Christmas.  I finally got around to refinishing it last week.  I decided to use it in our bathroom to contain Kyla's bows (her other one was too small and just not as cute as this one) so I put chicken wire in it.  Works great! 
Of course, I added a little vinyl to it:

 I really enjoyed that my friend came and did this project with me.  It was fun to visit while we 'worked'.

Personalized Cutting Board

Made this for my sister:

It is a round, glass cutting board.  I saw someone use it a similar one as a serving platter and it was cute, too.  It would probably make a nice trivet, too.  I want to make one for my kitchen now....

Circle Skirt

Finally got this skirt made for Kyla, I bought the fabric last fall.....I used a tutorial from Dana Made It.   It was so fast and easy!  I'll probably be making another one soon :)

BYU Idaho Graduation Gift

Added the college logo to this water canister and t-shirt for a graduation gift I gave to a fantastic YM that is heading to BYU Idaho this fall.
